Lynwood Unified School District recognizes the importance of preparing students for the 21st century, offering our Dual Language Immersion Program since 2014 at Will Rogers Elementary School. Not only does our DLI program prepare students with the college and career readiness skills they need to compete in a globalized society, but it also gives them the gift of a second language. Students in the DLI program develop as bilingual, bi-literate, and bicultural learners. The added benefit of a second language allows them to become productive contributing members of society.
