Lynwood High School celebrated the dedication and spirit of the 2022-23 LHS Basketball team with a ring ceremony on Sept. 12, recognizing the student-athletes who conquered the court during the CIF State Division V Championship game in March 2023.
During the ceremony, the title holders unveiled their championship rings to a gym filled with family, friends, alumni and Knight supporters.
The event was an emotional conclusion to a season of great achievements and a testament to the team’s teamwork, dedication and heart.
Following the ceremony, distinguished guests enjoyed a smaller dinner celebration hosted at the LHS Bullis gymnasium.
We want to thank the Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation – which provides scholarships and other supports to Lynwood Unified students and staff through its fundraising efforts – for generously covering a portion of the costs for the CIF State Championship rings.
