Working Together for Our Students: Adult Transition Program - English Workshop

This workshop will explain the Adult Transition Program's requirements as set by the CA
Department of Education and how students develop daily skills
around the neighborhood. The workshop also starts the conversation for parents to set up partnerships with other agencies such as Regional Center and the Department of Rehabilitation.
